    سلام دوستان
    من یک مشکی دارم در مورد ارتباط اوت لوک و اکسچنج 2013
    من EXC2013 رو نصب کردم و درست نصب شد از طریق وب می تونم وارد میل باکس ها بشم و ایمیل بفرستم ولی همین رو که می خوام به اووت لوک وصل کنم اکانت وصل می شه و تنظیم می شه ولی وقتی می خوام برنامه اووت لوک رو باز کنم مشکل دارم و به پروفایل گیر میده
    هر چی مقاله بوده خوندم ولی بازم نشد. موندم چیکار کنم؟
    کسی می تونه کمک کنه؟

    How To Fix 'Cannot Open Your Default Email Folders. The Information Store Could Not Be Opened' Error In Outlook Client
    This article describes how to fix Cannot open your default Email folders. The information store could not be opened error when opening Outlook profile. In most cases, it is usually caused by:

    .ost file corruption
    1. Remove old profiles you do not use from under Control Panel > Mail > Show profiles:
    2. Re-create an .ost file. Read the Knowledge Base article on How To Create, Compact, Repair Or Delete Offline Folders (How To Rebuild OST file) for more information.
    3. If the issue persists, create a new profile from scratch:

    If the problem continues, it is most likely caused by Outlook client running in compatibility mode.

    To switch off the compatibility mode in 64-bit operating system:
    1. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office XX\Outlook.exe
    2. Right-click on Outlook.exe and navigate to Properties > Compatibility tab
    3. Uncheck the Run this program in compatibility mode box, click Apply and OK.

    Try the following methods.
    Method 1:

    Start->Start Search > then type the following -> "Outlook.exe /resetnavpane" without the quotes.

    (Look for the space between outlook.exe and /)

    Method 2:


    Check if Outlook is in a compatibility mode:
    1> Open My Computer>Local Disk C>Program Files>Microsoft Office>Office 12>Outlook.exe.
    (If you are using a 64 bit machine, go to C:\Program Files x86\Microsoft Office>Office 12>Outlook.exe)


    2> Right click on Outlook.exe and click on Properties and then click on Compatibility tab. Check if you have any check mark in any of the compatibility mode options. Make sure you also click on the option "change settings for all users" tab at the bottom of the same screen and look for similar check boxes in the window.

    3> If you see any check boxes in the compatibility mode options, uncheck all the boxes and click onApply and OK.

    4> Try to open outlook again
